On 31st December, 2013, Daqin had the Annual New Year's Party and gave award for the best employee of 2013.
By the new way of election, the election committee has chosen "The annual award of the best new staff in 2013", "The award of most impartial and responsible stuff", "The award of the most innovative design", "The award of the best sales team" and "The award of the most cooperative team" etc.

In the opening speech, CEO Mr. Junfeng Li gave affirmation to the staff's work in 2013, shaped the business plan for the future.

Recently I managed to get a loan from the bank and finally I am able to start my own business.However, the pressure is come along with my joy, since I will have to repay the loan in the coming months.

Previously I did a lot of researches on the small business such as the cell phone accessories.Not because of it's a hot business and easy to start, but be cause of I want to make a difference  among those who selling cell phone accessories. I find a new gadget of the custom cell phone skin solution, which allow me to be a manufacturer of custom cell phone skin/sticker/case. Seems it's very new and with expensive cost. It sell me the beauty master software, printer, laminating machine, cutter and various raw materials.

I took my friend's advise that, project with high profit is usually with high risk while small business with steady profit can lower the risk. Additionally, I am not a man of adventurer or something, so I would never risk my money just for earn money fast.

$10,000 is a great amount money for me, I decide to purchase some equipment rather than services so that in the worst condition I still can resell them somehow. But I shall not consider about reselling at first, that's only when in the bad times.

Now the customer's appetite are diversified, for the cell phone accessories I have to purchase a variety of items to meet their need which will increase the investment costs. In order to reduce  the investment, I decide to make something that can produce custom products for the customers!

I have never see such gadget before, it looks like crocodile leather and the texture feels good. Even though I never touch the skin of a real crocodile before. Silver crocodile leather? Such a rare color. I like rare things because it makes distinctive from those mediocrity.

The silver crocodile leather sticker at first gives an impression of metal-like material, such as Aluminium Alloy. Once you take a close look and it's easier to find the veins is crocodile leather.

My friend is old-fashioned type, he likes everything traditional. But even so, he still using a smart phone now, brand name called Lumia. 

The old Nokia 5300, an slide phone once been very popular, now it's become more and more out of fashion. It's the bar phone with touch screen become the major mobile phone.

For the leather case for iPad, it's still popular among customers. The leather looks high grade and the big design give an impression of "Expensive". People will like showing off it in the public places, and it's true it protect the iPad and make a good decoration.
